QA

We are looking for the right candidate to join our fantastic Technical team.  As a QA, you will be supporting the production team to ensure that all products despatched are produced to specification and food safety is maintained at all times, including HACCP and CCP monitoring and auditing. Your role will include being responsible for the taste panel positive release process and monitoring product quality via sensory panels and line analysis, taking corrective actions as appropriate and in a timely manner.

This is a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern role, working 7am to 7pm.

SECTION LEADER – PRODUCTION & WAREHOUSE

We are looking for enthusiastic section leaders to join our busy and growing team. This role will include supporting the Shift Leaders and Production Manager to develop a positive culture and implement Lean manufacturing principles.

We have three areas as part of our production: bakery, high care and low care / stores. Each area will have their own section leader to support and direct the team members to complete their daily tasks, ensure training and development opportunities are met and daily huddles are productive and include opportunities for employee voice. It is essential that all section leaders will be able to work in all departments and will become – with training – advocates for business.

This is a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern role, working 7am to 7pm.

PRODUCTION TEAM MEMBERS
